ABOUT

BELIEF #1

Everyone you meet has something to teach you if you are receptive enough.

BELIEF #2

Improving your processes continues until retirement.

BELIEF #3

You should not be practicing how you did 6 months ago.

Safety

Developing your own system that you can use every single time will improve your patient safety by ensuring that you never miss a single step.  Using a haphazard approach leads to missteps and is inherently inefficient.

Speed

Making more of the process subconscious and reliant on muscle memory increases your speed.  Using your system so that you can do any sort of task in the same order, in the same manner, every single time allows you to increase your speed, and be more efficient.

Once you have established your own system, and reduce your anxiety over missed steps, you will have more confidence.  Your new confidence will be seen by all those around you. As you become more confident the quality of your work increases, and the time it takes you to do the same task will decrease. This  allows you to free up your time for more important tasks.

Confidence

Once you are safer, faster, and more confident, the anxiety you have over the things you do on a daily basis will decrease tremendously.   You will be happier at work.  Everyone you work with will have more confidence in you  when they notice that you're much more confident.  You will enjoy work much more when the people around you enjoy working with you.
